Very useful and very good course. I believe it's a course where you need to go through the material in small chunks. After each section do some self reflection and ask yourself "What have I learnt". How could I have applied these lessons in my previous games. I feel I now know why I may have performed badly in my previous OTB tournament and failed to come up with "a plan" in my games !

I've done a lot of tactics but still struggling and timing out. Everything Matt talks about so far in this course is my issue. It gets lost in the advice online that chess is all about tactics, but 95%+ of your moves aren't going to have a tactic. Chess is so much more enjoyable to play now.
